Service Satisfaction
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you have concerns about a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered on a case‑by‑case basis and apply only when services were not completed as agreed. Because lawn care is a labor‑based service, refunds are not guaranteed and may be offered in the form of corrections or partial adjustments
